They went above and beyond just to pick a lock for me

Y'all are very good at the work y'all do but y'all made a key for 1 of my dads and his murderer mop head girlfriends tree worker's to his Chevy Silverado 2500 .Y'all shouldn't make keys without permission from the actual owner's of the vehicles or household's or whatever and they should have proof that thats there vehicle. Thats a little scary ahaha never trust nobody. All these people are in on my families death trying to claim all my dads and my stuff working together maybe with y'all as well and alot of other's. My dads girlfriend looks like the same mop head chinese black haired chick at Lin garden buffet ahaha all serial killers and controlled.

Great fast service. Friendly. Got me a wireless entry fob for my car for maybe a third of what the dealership wanted, and for way less hassle. PS: watch close - the building is really small, and easy to miss.

I had locked my keys in the car and AAA sent this company to retrieve my keys. The wait was a very LITTLE amount of time and I was treated very well by the gentleman that opened the car for me. He informed me that his company can make a new key and provided me with a card. I called the office and was treated very well and quoted the amounts for the key types that were available for my car.

We were stuck outside of our car and they arrived not even 10 minutes later! The man was very nice to us, but we didn’t catch his name. He has black hair and a beard, his muscles were well toned. I would give 100 stars if I could and will definitely be recommending this business in the future.

I jumped in the pool with my electronic key and it stopped working. I called the Dodge dealership that I purchased the truck from and they wanted to charge me $198 for the key and $60 to program it. So instead I took it to Preferred Locksmith and they saved me about $100. Friendly service, I will definitely use them for now on.

Jacob saved the day, first my original keyless entry stopped working even after new batteries. I got nothing. So I purchased after market for my 2008 Town and Country van, I received them from Amazon which included how to self program them, after trying several times, somehow they deactivated my old ones so I had nothing plus my vehicle was dead.... So I called Jacob and he drove over reprogram my new set, and ended up draining my battery so he helped me jump my van and it started right up!!!! I was very happy with their service. Price was reasonable and they did a great job duplicating my truck key. The young woman at the counter is a total pro and friendly.

Josh had done some work for me in early and late 2022 and I was having issues with one of the locks. I called him late in the day and he came first thing the next morning. Turned out he didn’t install the lock that had begun to fail but serviced it anyway. All his locks are quality, and his workmanship is solid. Very rare these days! Josh is very cordial and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Very good and skilled technician he did everything he could to get the 2004 Mazda working but there’s a hardware problem with the vehicle. He apologized but did do everything he could to try to get it running highly recommended.

I called and needed someone to help me with getting my keys out of my car after locking them in , and they were in the ignition so I went on line and after calling several company's ,I called Preferred and they had somebody out here with in10 minutes. It just so happened that Jacob was on his way to another job and I was on the way. After he got here he had the door opened with in less than a minute.
